4) Francis Oregon Trail is another choice. It contains whole wheat flour, honey, “refinery syrup,” “soft white wheat flour,” “dough conditioners” and of course no high-fructose corn syrup. You can see the packaging claims that healthy, low fat and a good source of fiber.
