For those of us who were brought up eating lots of red meat at almost every meal, is the idea of a meatless meal unfathomable. But it can be done. There are many health benefits of eating less meat and more vegetables.

6. Add frozen vegetables to meat dishes
If you cook a meat dish, just to throw some frozen vegetables in a few minutes before the court is cooked. For example, while cooking a chicken stew add some broccoli, scrambled eggs, add some carrots, potatoes, add some peas and cabbage. You can even frozen vegetables on rice. Be creative with this as long as there are vegetables to every meal.
